Everyone loves a workout that’s challenging but done in a short space of time. Enter: Tabata Tuesday. Based on the method developed by Dr. Izumi Tabata, we workout in 20 second intervals followed by 10 seconds of rest. We keep doing this for 30 minutes, then we high five and collapse.

Tabata sessions are at 9:15am every Tuesday (well, obvs). But you need to be registered (you can do that here), because unlike other IYE classes, numbers are limited. A message is sent out (via the Lord of the Socials: Facebook) on Sunday and it's a case of fastest finger first... as to who gets in.
