Do you have a whole lot of fitness gear scattered around your house, but no idea really what do with it? Do you have an 8kg kettlebell begging to be used for something other than a doorstop?

We’ve all done it: piled our Aldi trolley full of their low-priced medicine balls, kettle bells and hand weights, convinced that you'll do a work out once this kids have gone to bed; or bought that super cheap treadmill on eBay because “I’ll be able to watch TV while I walk.”

Working out at home takes a little bit of know-how and a fair bit of motivation.

DIY fitness might just help blow the cobwebs off all of that gear. I can come to your house, look at what you have (even if you don’t have any equipment at all) and design a home workout for you. I’ll write the program up, demonstrate how to do it effectively and, depending on your needs, change it weekly, fortnightly or monthly. You’ll have the support of me at any time to ask questions or to clarify and alter exercises.

I can even do a regular check-in on your progress to make sure that equipment doesn't go dusty again.

Cost for DIY Fitness (local residents only)
