Does your Wellbeing need an overhaul? Are you yearning to get fit, lose weight, eat healthier, adopt better habits, break old habits, feel better about yourself….?

In a small group, The Finding Fitness and Fabulouness wellness workshop will help you look at wellbeing-based goal setting differently and give you the tools and confidence you need to make changes in your life, that may otherwise seem unobtainable.

In the 4 hour workshop (held over two consecutive Saturdays – November 19th 3-5pm and November 26th 3-5pm) you will learn to:

– Customise your wellness goals, so that they are unique to you.
– To link your goals to your specific values and use them to motivate you to change
– To objectively look at obstacles that currently exist
– To identify strategies, character strengths and support networks that you have to help you achieve your wellbeing goals
– To create short and long term goals that are achievable for you and manageable to your lifestyle.

At the conclusion of the workshop you will have
– A clear 12 month wellbeing goal
– A detailed personal vision statement, your own toolbox of strategies and strengths
– A 12 week wellbeing plan
– A list of manageable mini-goals

The cost of the workshop is $90, which covers both days.
