Over a round-about 12 week period (but it differs for everyone) we talk, plan, brainstorm, try, error and try again. We map out exactly what your ideal healthy lifestyle looks like, what steps you can take, what obstacles exist for you and strength and superpowers you have to tap into to get you there.

At the end of the Wellness Coaching process you will have already developed healthier habits (and be starting to see the benefits!), will have a defined (but flexible) 12-month goal, a further 12-week goal and week-by-week steps to practice, you’ll know how to identify and deal with triggers and setbacks and most importantly you will have gained tools to help keep ball rolling.

Wellness Coaching can be face to face, or online. (Or a combo of both).

Initial consultation is $80.
Follow up consults $50.
