We need to get something straight, if you’ve clicked on this link hoping to get a PT who is going to whip you into shape by making you run up sandhills carrying a tractor tyre until you cry like a baby, #sorrynotsorry I am not your gal. It’s not really my style.

My professional philosophy is that fitness is not only physical but also social, emotional, mental and spiritual, so I tend to work quite individually with each of my clients based on their needs at each session. And because I am passionate about making exercise a habit and something clients can maintain independently in their own time, I tend to take things pretty slow and steady – introducing various types of exercises gradually.

I don’t weigh, measure or test clients (unless their specific goals require it) but prefer clients to feel stronger, fitter, less stressed and more positive after each session.
