Everyone loves a workout that’s challenging but done in a short space of time. Enter Tabata Tuesday. Based on the method developed by Dr. Izumi Tabata we workout in 20 second intervals followed by 10 seconds of rest. We keep doing this for 30 minutes, then we high five and collapse.
Tabata Tuesday is run a little differently than the other In Your Element sessions: the time the session (or sessions) is held each week varies. Some Tuesday’s there might be a session on a 6:30am and 4:30pm. The following week there might be one on at 11am. The next week there might be one at midday and midnight*. It’s like a little extra shot of exercise for your week and sometimes the time may suit you other times maybe not.
