There’s something pretty spesh about exercising in a group. It motivates you to get there because: catch up, it makes the time go quicker because: chatting, it’s fun because: someone always goofs something up and it makes you work hard because: competition.

You can chose to come to our mum + kids sessions held at 9:30am Wednesday and Friday or maybe you’d prefer the Sunrise Sessions on Monday mornings at 6am.

If working out in a group just does not float thy boat, maybe personal training is the way to go for you.
