Naomi has been in the fitness industry since 2001. During that time she has worked as gym supervisor, group fitness instructor, water aerobics instructor and a personal trainer. Naomi has seen many changes (and fads!) over the course of her career, but the need for people to feel good about themselves remains. With a great appreciation for holistic health Naomi believes that fitness is not only physical but also social, emotional, mental and spiritual.

When working with clients, either one on one or in a group setting, Naomi prescribes exercises and delivers motivation in the most appropriate way for the individual, their personal circumstances, goals and obstacles. Naomi appreciates that working on fitness can include everything from a high intensity run right through to slowing down and practicing some meditation.

In conjunction with her studies in fitness  and Wellness Coaching, Naomi is also an avid reader on all things relating to nutrition, nutrition psychology, mindfulness and general wellbeing.

Naomi is a regular participant in the Melbourne Marathon and in 2014 made her debut as an Ironman 70.3 competitor. She loves to include strength training, core work, pilates and yoga into her exercise routine. Naomi grounds herself with morning walks with her dog Tilly. Naomi is grateful for the support of her loving husband and her young son and daughter.
